Kooky Art® offers party planning services incorporating the Kooky Art® trademark elements of creativity and fun. The highlight of a Kooky Art® birthday party is the creation of a birthday cake where all guests are involved in the creative process. The result is a truly unique cake which is the culmination of everyone’s efforts. Teamwork is fostered as children attempt to decorate an entire birthday cake for the star of the day.

Children get a sense of ownership and accomplishment while parents, apart from the sense of pride, are amazed at the creative talents of their kids. The response from both children and parents alike is always "Wow!"

What are your charges for a Kooky Art® party?

We offer 2 different packages:

	1.	Basic Package
		$290 for a 60-minute instructor-led session for up to 12 kids. Subsequent kids are chargeable at $12 per child.
	2.	Premium Package
		$390 for a 90-minute instructor-led session for up to 12 kids. Includes an additional craft session. Subsequent kids are chargeable at $16 per child
All packages include: All tools and materials for the decorating activity (except cakes/cookies) Custom-made Kooky Art® chef's outfits for the kids to wear during the activity Complimentary invitation cards A transport charge of $30 is applicable (waived if total spend exceeds $500)

		$90 for a block of 36 pieces (good for up to 15 kids) $45 for a block of 16 pieces (good for up to 8 kids)
		Cookies
		$3.50 per pax for a box of 3 cookies $4.50 per pax for a box of 5 cookies

		$0.50 each (holds 2 pieces of cake)

Do you provide goodie bags

Yes, we do. The charges are as follows:

• Minimum $6 each (3 hand-decorated cookies including one personalised cookie)
• Minimum 12 goodie bags if ordered with party package (otherwise minimum of 24 packs required)

What's the minimum number of kids required?

While we do not dictate a minimum number of kids, we have a minimum package that caters for up to 12 children. Please refer to our charges here.

What's the maximum number of kids?

There is no maximum number as a Kooky Art® party is suitable even for very large groups.

Do you provide a venue?

No, we do not provide a venue. However, this should not be a concern as a Kooky Art® party can be held anywhere, indoors or outdoors. The only requirement is space for tables and chairs for the children to sit comfortably.

Of course, we can make recommendations based on your requirements.

What if I can't provide chairs?

We can work with that too as the activity can be done standing up. In fact, this promotes greater movement and interaction. This works well for large groups.

How much notice in advance do I need to give?

It is preferred that you book at least 2 weeks in advance to secure the date you want. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis secured by a 50% deposit. Please refer to Our Policy for more details.
